This is a 30-minute stand-alone session for chronic pain, accidents, and tough scar tissue that may have developed following surgery or injury.  This is for clients who have previously been seen by a therapist and have had an assessment.

Stand-Alone Kinesio Taping

This is ideal for those who do massages on a regular basis and would like to come in for a quick stretch for maintenance. 
Assisted Stretching Therapy is a method in which the Massage Therapist stretches the client while the client is resting on a massage table.  Assisted stretching therapy can aid with muscle elongation, muscular performance, range of motion, postural realignment, joint and muscle pain reduction, and physical coordination.


Assisted Stretching -Stand-Alone

This is combined with a 60 min. or longer session

If you only want the Kinesio Tape, you need to schedule the &quot;Stand Alone KT&quot; session

ADD Kinesio Taping - With another Therapy

The 120-minute duration is best if you have various (more than four or five) regions that require special work, or if you have three or four locations that require specific work and want a full-body relaxation massage in addition to the specific work.

120min Massage 

It allows the therapist to do more extensive treatment, using more methods on problem areas  while yet getting to the rest of the body without feeling rushed.

90min Massage 

The therapist can work on different problem areas, it is just less thorough massage if you are looking to address the whole body including the hands, feet, and scalp.
