Pre-Op Massage Therapy – Prepare Your Body for Surgery with Gentle, Targeted Bodywork

This is ideal for those who do massages on a regular basis and would like to come in for a quick stretch for maintenance. 
Assisted Stretching Therapy is a method in which the Massage Therapist stretches the client while the client is resting on a massage table.  Assisted stretching therapy can aid with muscle elongation, muscular performance, range of motion, postural realignment, joint and muscle pain reduction, and physical coordination.

Assisted Stretching -Stand-Alone

This is a stand-alone session for chronic pain, accidents, and tough scar tissue that may have developed following surgery or injury.  This is for clients who have previously been seen by a therapist and have had an assessment.
